Maria-Susana Jaramillo-Echeverri is a fourth year Ph.D. student. Susana received her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Administration from EAFIT University in Colombia. She also holds a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Alabama.
Her previous work experience is directly related to academia as she has 6 years of teaching experience with teaching introductory marketing classes. Her responsibilities in this capacity included curriculum design, course coordination, and instruction. During her tenure at EAFIT University, she also served as a member of an academic research team providing assistance in conducting research related to emotional speech in service encounters.
Her areas of interest are the role of emotions in service interactions, service relationships, service recovery and transformative consumer research.
